(More customer reviews)I only received one of the two pack of seat warmers.I received the second one after finding the right phone number to call and they after they got around to sending it.It does not fit properly on the seat.It akes the entire time of my morning commute--45 minutes---to begin to heat.Total waste of money.I did not return it because with the original shipping and handling cost and the return cost it will not be wise to return it.I just need to accept that I was taken by this company.I suggest you only buy this product if you have nothing better to do with your money.
